Getting Started

Before you can download and use the Business Mobile Banking App, you must be enrolled in Business Online Banking with Enterprise Bank. Due to the complexity of business accounts, we ask our business banking customers to complete and submit a Business Online Banking Agreement in person. To complete the Agreement, please visit any Enterprise Bank branch location.

Log In

Users may log in to the Business App using security challenge questions. When logging in to Business App using security challenge questions already established in Business Online Banking, the device is automatically 'registered' after successfully answering the questions. Unique metrics about the device are collected by the system to create a 'trusted relationship' between the device and the system. Along with the entry of your password, these metrics are used by the system to identify your device during future logins, ensuring that an authorized user is logging on from a trusted device.

  • Launch the app from your smartphone.
  • Enter your User ID and tap Continue.
  • Enter your Password and tap Log In.
  • Enter the answer to the security question and tap Continue.
  • If the Terms and Conditions are displayed, review them and then tap I accept.

View Account Balances and Transaction History

Balances and transaction histories for business accounts can be viewed using the Business Banking App. The transaction history available is the same history that is available in Business Online Banking, which may include images of checks.

  • Tap Accounts to display the Accounts page.

Transfer Funds

Transferring internal funds with the Business Banking App uses the same internal funds templates that you have already built in Business Online Banking.

  • Tap From and select the donor account to withdraw funds from.
  • Tap To and select the recipient account to deposit funds into.
  • Tap Amount and specify the amount to be transferred.
  • Tap Note and enter a note regarding the transfer, if desired.
  • Tap Transfer.
  • Verify transfer details and tap Confirm.

Make a Mobile Deposit

Before you can initiate a mobile deposit, you must complete a Business Mobile Application and submit it in person at an Enterprise Bank branch location. This is because an authorized signer on the account must designate user rights and establish dollar limits for those users.

  • Tap Deposit.
  • Tap New Deposit. The New Deposit page displays.
  • Tap Account and select the account into which funds should be deposited.
  • Tap Amount and enter the amount of the check.
  • Tap Front Image.
  • Take a picture of the front of the check. tap Use Photo to submit the image, or Retake to take a new picture.
  • Tap Back Image.
  • Take a picture of the back of the check. Tap Use Photo to submit the image, or Retake to take a new picture.
  • Tap Deposit.
  • Verify deposit details and tap Confirm.

Please keep the paper check until funds are successfully posted to the account. Only one check may be included in each deposit. Deposits with a clock highlighted in orange in the upper-right corner are pending. This status indicates that the check images passed all the initial tests for clarity, duplication, deposit accuracy, and the deposit amount is within the check deposit limits established by the bank. Deposits with an X highlighted in red in the upper-right corner have failed and the funds are not posted to the account. This status indicates that the deposit was rejected by the bank for reasons beyond the initial tests for clarity, duplication, deposit accuracy, and deposit amount. The physical check should be taken to the bank and deposited in person. A $0.50 per check fee will be applied for each mobile deposit.

Receive Approval Alerts

When transfers are in need of review, you may receive a push notification on the device notifying you of these tasks. A push notification is similar to a text message alert, but requires only an internet connection; an active phone number is not required. Where the notifications display on the device is dependent on the device and the device set-up. Alerts are configured per device, not per account. This means that multiple people may have access to the same business accounts through the App, but each person can designate which alerts they would like to receive on their device's home screen. By default, all alerts are turned off.

  • Tap the button to access the more menu.
  • Tap Alerts.
  • Tap the toggle switch to turn it green for each type of approval for which you wish to receive alerts.

Approve or Reject Transfers

Pending internal funds transfers initiated through Business Online Banking or through the App, as well as Wire Transfers initiated through Business Online Banking, may need to be reviewed and approved in order to be completed. These required approvals can all be accomplished within the App.

  • Tap Approvals to display the Approvals page.
  • Tap the type of transfer you wish to review.
  • Tap the transfer on which you wish to make a decision.
  • Tap Approve to approve the transfer, or Disapprove to reject the transfer.

Terms and Conditions are available and accepted upon initial login into the Business Mobile Banking App and can also be viewed within the App under "Services & Info". Banking fees may apply. Wireless carrier fees and/or data use fees may apply. You may download the Enterprise Bank Mobile Business Banking App allowing the ability to perform a variety of online banking functions such as: view account balances and transaction history on your checking, savings and loan accounts; transfer funds between your checking and savings accounts; view images of posted checks; and approve or disapprove pending wire transfers and internal funds transfers. The Bank may offer additional mobile banking services and features in the future. Any added mobile banking services and features will be governed by the Terms and Conditions and by any terms and conditions provided to you at the time the new service or feature is added or at the time of enrollment for the feature or service, if applicable.

Text/SMS Banking

Available for Personal Banking accounts

With our Text and SMS Banking service, you can simply send a text message to request information on your personal banking accounts and find the closest branch/ATM location. You’ll receive an immediate text message response with the information you requested. See instructions below on how to enroll in this service.

How to Enroll in These Services

  • Log In to Online Banking
  • Click on the Options tab
  • Click Enroll Now under Mobile Banking Profile
  • Under Other Services select "Text Banking" and/or "Mobile Browser Banking"
  • select the account(s) you wish to enroll and assign a nickname for each (we recommend keeping these to very simple, single word names)
  • Enter your cell phone number and receive your activation code via text message
  • Enter your activation code to verify device ownership
  • Click to Activate

Enterprise Bank does not charge for Text/SMS or Mobile Browser Banking. However, your mobile service provider may charge for sending and receiving test messages on your mobile phone. Check with your service provider for details on specific fees and charges that may apply
