Belle of the Ball 2024 Prom Dress Collection Through March 31
Enterprise Bank is proud to serve as a corporate sponsor again this year with Anton’s Cleaners and Jordan’s Furniture for the Belle of the Ball prom dress collection program. Through March 31, all 27 Enterprise Bank branches will accept donations of gently worn, trendy, prom dresses and gowns. If your closet feels a bit crowded with prom dresses and gowns taking up precious space, please consider donating them to the Belle of the Ball program.
Prom is one of the biggest life events for high school girls, and a major milestone. For students with limited financial resources, prom can be a source of tremendous stress.
The Belle of the Ball prom dress drive provides the opportunity for hundreds of girls to choose a complete prom outfit including a stylish dress, shoes, handbag, and jewelry so they can attend their prom feeling beautiful and confident. Belle of the Ball provides prom gowns and accessories to high school junior and senior girls from participating schools throughout Massachusetts and New Hampshire who otherwise could not afford to attend their prom.
All gowns collected are professionally dry cleaned by Anton’s Cleaners. Since the program’s inception in 2005, more than 76,000 prom gowns have been collected and cleaned for local students.
In preparation for Boutique Day, the highlight of the program, a volunteer crew organizes and arranges the dresses by size and color and displays them on clothing racks.
On Boutique Day, hundreds of deserving girls attend an invitation-only day of personal shopping and pampering. The invited girls are assisted by Boutique Day volunteer personal shoppers and consultants who help them choose a prom gown and coordinated accessories. Once a dress is selected, additional “shops” display shoes, purses, and jewelry to complete the perfect prom ensemble.
This community effort perfectly aligns with Enterprise Bank’s founding mission “to help create….vibrant, prosperous communities.”
