Nashua, N.H. (December 15, 2021) — Debbie Novotny, Senior Commercial Lending Officer at Enterprise Bank, was honored by NH Business Review as one of the most influential banking leaders in the second bi-annual New Hampshire 200 list. The list is the product of a year-long research initiative by the editors of NH Business Review, resulting in an insightful and engaging look at the state’s most influential business leaders across major industries. NH Business Review celebrated the New Hampshire 200 during a reception on December 9 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Manchester Downtown, and will be publishing a book detailing the accomplishments of the recipients.
“It’s an honor to be recognized on this list alongside such remarkable business leaders,” said Novotny. “Being able to work with so many incredible business owners in the community – hearing their visions and their passion, helping their businesses grow and succeed, and watching them become thriving, contributing members of the community – is a privilege and a joy.”
Novotny, a Nashua native, has been in the banking industry for more than 30 years and has worked as a commercial lender at Enterprise Bank for the past eight. Outside of work, Novotny is heavily involved in the community, serving on the Board of Marguerite’s Place, as a member of the Rotary Club of Nashua, and as a member of the Greater Nashua Revolving Loan Fund.
“Since Enterprise Bank entered the Nashua market over eight years ago, Debbie has been one of the major catalysts for our success in that community,” said Peter Rayno, NH Community Banking Director. “As a lifelong Nashua resident, Debbie is among the city’s most respected business and civic leaders. Her active commitment to the civic and charitable organizations of Nashua sets a great example for her colleagues, as does her leadership role in the business community.’
The New Hampshire 200, first launched two years ago, recognizes business owners and leaders from all corners of the state across major industries, including architecture/engineering/construction, business and professional services, education, energy, finance, healthcare, hospitality, law, manufacturing, media/marketing, nonprofit, real estate, retail and technology. The New Hampshire 200 book includes personal, career, and industry insights for readers, such as business lessons learned, challenges faced, predictions, and more.
“Debbie’s commitment to her clients and her community serve as an example of what a business leader can and should be,” said Jack Clancy, CEO of Enterprise Bank. “She’s been a true partner to business owners, a tireless advocate for community involvement, and an instrumental force in fostering local growth and development.”
“We are pleased to announce this year’s New Hampshire 200 list, which spotlights a truly remarkable group of individuals leading the Granite State in their respective industries,” said Jeff Feingold, editor of NH Business Review. “This list has been months in the making and has involved extensive research, interviews, and communication with our contacts in regional business circles. We look forward to providing the people of New Hampshire with this inspiring look at the individuals who are making an immeasurable positive impact on the state, and to honoring Debbie Novotny in our 2021 New Hampshire 200.”
