Doire Distilling Preparing to Open in Derry

Congratulations to our customer Doire Distilling and owners Andy Day, Alana Wentworth, and Bill Herlicka on receiving final state and town approvals to begin production at Derry’s new distillery. In late June they received town approval and New Hampshire Liquor Commission approval. The group received a federal basic permit to begin work on the distillery in January.

Andy and Alana are already known in Derry as the owners of Cask & Vine craft beer and wine bar, and for their involvement in the Derry community and the local craft beverage scene. Bill has extensive experience in brewing, distilling, and equipment.

The business was financed by the Regional Economic Development Center (Raymond, NH), Enterprise Bank, and a crowdfunding campaign.
