Continuing Education Program

The Continuing Education Program, part of the Enterprise Bank Total Rewards Benefits Program, is designed to help team members pursue advanced educational opportunities and develop a meaningful career with Enterprise by providing reimbursement for job related courses and/or degrees. The amounts eligible for reimbursement depend upon the team member’s defined work schedule. The Tuition Reimbursement Program provides reimbursement for job related Degrees, certificate programs, and professional certifications. Under this program, an eligible team member is reimbursed for all or part of the cost of tuition and books upon submission of the final qualifying grade. The Tuition Assistance Program, offered under a partnership with Middlesex Community College and University of Massachusetts Lowell, allows eligible team members taking courses at either school to delay tuition billing. When the course is completed and the qualifying grade is released, the tuition is paid directly by the bank to the school, helping to ease the burden of the up-front tuition payment. Courses must be directly related to the team member’s present position or enhance their potential for advancement to a position within the Bank to which the team member has a reasonable expectation of advancing.

Student Loan Repayment

Enterprise Bank, working with Gradifi, is among the first banking institutions in Massachusetts to offer a student loan repayment program as part of the benefits program. Under the student loan repayment program, team members with at least six months of service at the Bank who are the primary named borrower on a student loan may be eligible for a monthly contribution toward the loan. Monthly payments are paid directly to eligible U.S. student loan servicers.
