A Message To Our Customers

At Enterprise Bank, nothing is more important than the health and well-being of our team members, customers and communities. We would like to provide an update on some of the steps we’re taking to provide the quality and responsive services you rely on, as COVID-19 (coronavirus) evolves.

An Informed Response

At Enterprise Bank, we have in place a Business Continuity Response Team that continually plans for times like these, and our COVID-19 preparedness has been coordinated for more than six weeks. Our response team has been monitoring the rapidly evolving global and local situation and following the guidance of both the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO). The Bank will continue to monitor expert guidance from these government agencies and health care officials and respond as needed. We have implemented numerous precautions and continue to implement new actions daily.

Protecting Our Enterprise Team and Our Customers

We are deeply committed to taking care of our team members and customers. Our team and professional cleaners are continually conducting extensive cleaning of our offices, branches and our ATMs, taking guidance from the CDC, which maintains that cleaning is one of the most important preventive measures we can take. Our team members are utilizing gloves and disinfecting wipes at all locations.

We want to emphasize that digital banking is available to manage many of your banking needs from the comfort of your own home or business. Online and mobile banking can be used to review transactions, check balances, make deposits, pay bills, transfer funds and find ATMs. You may use these links to access online banking or to download our mobile apps for personal banking or business banking

We have been continually communicating to our team members the personal hygiene and other precautions that I am sure you have read about many times including encouraging sick team members to stay home. We have in place robust remote access capabilities and technology that enable our team members to efficiently and effectively provide customer service from home if they were to be unable to report to our offices or your site.

Protecting Yourself from Scammers

Unfortunately, situations like this often create an opportunity for scammers to play upon the fears of our community. For more information on how to protect yourself from scams, please visit the Federal Trade Commission’s consumer information page by clicking here.

Supporting Our Communities

We are acutely aware that there will be instances where our customer will face financial difficulties from the coronavirus situation. Please communicate with us. Enterprise Bank is here to work with you and discuss how we can be of assistance.

United Together

We understand this situation is top of mind for all of us right now. This is a rapidly evolving and fluid situation that we are extremely focused on. As the situation changes, we will continue to take every precaution possible and introduce new measures as needed.

Every person, family, business, and organization is wrestling with different challenges. We cherish our team members, customers, communities and our company, and we are doing all that we can, to keep them safe.

It is often during challenge and crisis that our communities come together and do their best. By being diligent, proactive and uniting as a family and a community, we will get through this together.

Sincerely,

Richard Main, President – Jack Clancy, CEO – George Duncan, Chairman and Founder
