Call Center Change in Hours
EDIT, Effective JULY 12, 2020 Regular Call Center Hours Are As Follows:
Mon - Fri: 7:00 am - 8:00 pm
Sat: 7:00 am - 2:00 pm
As we all adjust to a new way of working during the COVID-19 pandemic, Enterprise Bank is continuing to look for ways to best serve our customers. Over the last few weeks we have been monitoring the volume and timing of calls for assistance received by our Customer Service Center.
In an effort to better align our staffing levels with timing of incoming calls
effective March 31, 2020 we are adjusting the hours temporarily of the customer services center from Monday - Friday 7AM-8PM and Saturday 7AM-2PM to Monday - Friday 8AM-7PM and Saturday 8AM-2PM.
This change will mean additional team members are available to answer calls during peak times, thus reducing the expected wait time for servicing. Thank you for your business.
