Call Center: Change in Hours | March 31, 2020 

As we all adjust to a new way of working during the COVID-19 pandemic, Enterprise Bank is continuing to look for ways to best serve our customers. Over the last few weeks we have been monitoring the volume and timing of calls for assistance received by our Customer Service Center.

In an effort to better align our staffing levels with timing of incoming calls effective March 31, 2020 we are adjusting the hours temporarily of the customer services center from Monday - Friday 7AM-8PM and Saturday 7AM-2PM to Monday - Friday 8AM-7PM and Saturday 8AM-2PM.

This change will mean additional team members are available to answer calls during peak times, thus reducing the expected wait time for servicing. Thank you for your business.

Covid-19 Related Fraud Awareness Tips | March 23, 2020 

In times of crisis, scammers like to take advantage of people. Here are a few tips to keep you safe from fraudsters:

  • Carefully check the sender’s email address for grammatical errors—including emails that may seem like they come from a legitimate organization.
  • Verify the legitimacy of emails received by contacting the sender.
  • Enterprise Bank will never ask you for personal information via email.
  • Question donation requests to support COVID to ensure they are from legitimate organizations.
  • Don’t click on links within emails from people or companies you don’t know.
  • If you are working remotely, make sure your computer has up to date security and anti-virus protection.

Stay safe! As a way to pass time, Facebook surveys have been going around that ask people to post their responses to questions about favorite food, maiden name, first car, etc. As fun as this may seem, these questions and answers are also typical online account security prompts. Hackers and fraudsters could easily use your answers to these fun surveys to hack into your online accounts which is why we wanted to warn you to be cautious when posting seemingly harmless personal information online! The same goes for online Facebook quizzes! Typically when you take a Facebook quiz, you are required to give full account permissions to the creator. This allows an easy entry way for hackers to access all of your personal account information. More information on social media scams can be found HERE.
