Registration Now Open for NPC Virtual Seminar May 30, 2024

Join Enterprise Bank’s Non-Profit CollaborativeSM (NPC) on May 30, 2024, for “Building Healthy, Equitable Organizations Through Succession Planning.” The virtual seminar will feature guest presenters Molly Penn and Marissa Lewis of PENN Creative Strategy, a New York City-based, woman owned consulting firm exclusively serving non-profits and foundations.

Molly and Marissa will discuss succession planning for key board positions and the Executive Director/CEO position and tips on how to build an organization-wide culture of succession with particular considerations around equity.
