Join us for a discussion on the latest fraud techniques that are causing this increase and learn tips to protect your non-profit organization. Learn:

    • Steps to take when you are a victim of fraud.
    • Products that can help your non-profit manage bank account activity and potential fraud.

    Meaghan Lally-McGurl, Chief Risk Officer, EVP

    After graduating from Babson College, Meaghan joined the Bank in the internal audit department. During the past 17 years, she earned her CPA, CIA, and CISSP and held positions overseeing operational risk areas including third party risk management, business continuity, pandemic planning, internal controls, and information security. Meaghan previously was a board member at the Merrimack Valley Food Bank and is currently a board member at Lowell Day Nursery. She works directly with Bank customers, other banks, and law enforcement regarding fraud and is passionate about sharing information to protect others.

    Edith Joyce, Cash Management Director, SVP

    Edith Joyce has 40 years of experience in financial services in regional and global banks and many industry sectors. She is responsible for the Bank’s commercial cash management program and focuses on overall relationship management and cash management in healthcare, education, non-profit, government banking, commercial, and industrial. Edie is active in numerous community and professional organizations.

    Christopher Dias, Senior Cash Management Advisor, SVP

    Christopher Dias is responsible for overseeing a portfolio of cash management clients and developing new cash management relationships in the Greater Lowell and Greater Essex area. He has 13 years of banking experience, which was preceded by several years in a manufacturing environment. Chris is active in several community and professional organizations.

    This seminar will examine succession planning for key board positions and the Executive Director/CEO position, as well as tips on how to build an organization-wide culture of succession with particular considerations around equity. Key takeaways include:
