How do I know what positions are available?

Open positions are listed on our Career Opportunities page. You will also find a listing titled “Submit a Resume for a Future Position opening” that you can use if you don’t see a listing for the position you are interested in.

What is the best way to apply for a position?

We prefer that you use our on-line application process, where you can upload a resume and create a candidate profile. You will need to create a password when you set up your profile. Enterprise Bank’s employment opportunities and other content are provided by Ultimate Software Group, Inc. (“UltiPro”), a third party vendor. We recommend that you review their Privacy and Security Policies.

Can I apply for a position if I don’t have a resume?

The first page of the candidate profile page is titled “Submit Your Resume.” You may enter the word “none” in the resume text area if you do not have a resume. However, without a resume to upload and parse as part of your online application, you will have to manually enter all of your personal information.

Can I drop my resume off at a branch location?

To avoid delays and ensure your resume and profile are received, we recommend you submit your application using the online system. Bonus – the online system is available around the clock, so you won’t have to worry about branch lobby hours.

Can I apply for more than one position?

You can apply for as many positions as you like; however, you should only apply to a specific position once.

Can I submit a resume without applying to a specific opening?

If you do not see a position you are interested in or qualified for in the listing of current openings, you can submit your resume through the listing titled “Submit a Resume for a Future Position Opening.” However, we recommend you visit our website frequently to see the list of current openings and apply for a specific position.

Who will see my candidate profile and resume?

Human Resources staff will review your resume and if additional information is needed, they will review your candidate profile. Your resume may be forwarded to the appropriate hiring manager(s) for review and further consideration. How do I request a reasonable accommodation with the application process?

How can I tell if my application was received?

After submitting an online application, check the email address you entered when creating your profile and application. You will receive an email acknowledgement from our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) confirming we received your application.

Will someone contact me regarding the status of my application?

After submitting an online application, you will receive an email acknowledgement from our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) confirming we received your application. Due to the volume of resumes we receive, we are not able to contact each applicant with specific feedback.

After reviewing your qualifications, if we determine there is a mutually beneficial position available, you will be contacted by phone or email by a member of the Human Resources team.

If you are not selected for further consideration, you will receive an automated response at the conclusion of selection process to update you on the status of your application.

How long does my resume stay on file?

If you are not selected for an interview, your profile and resume will be remain in our database for future consideration. Please continue to visit our website, as it is frequently updated with current openings. You can apply for as many positions as you like; however, you should only apply to a specific position once.

After creating a Candidate Profile, can I update it?

You can update your candidate profile at any time by logging into the system using the username and password you created when setting up your candidate profile.

What happens if I forget my profile password?

There are two ways to retrieve your password at the login page.

  1. 1) The system can send your password to the email address associated with your profile; or
  2. 2) You can select and answer the secret question you established when you created your profile.
