How do I request a reasonable accommodation with the application process?

If I create a candidate profile and/or submit a resume, who will see it?

Authorized Enterprise Bank Human Resources staff will initially review your resume and will also review your candidate profile if additional information is required.  Your resume may be forwarded along to the appropriate manager(s) for review and further consideration.  Enterprise Bank’s employment opportunities and other content are provided by Ultimate Software Group, Inc. How often can I update my candidate profile?

You are able to login and update your candidate profile at any time.


What happens if I have forgotten my password?

When you go to the log in page to access your profile, you will see a link to assist you in accessing your password.  The system offers two ways: 1) you may have your password emailed to the email address associated with your profile or 2) you may select and answer the secret question you responded to when you initially created your profile.


Can I submit a resume without applying for a job?

Yes.  If after reviewing our current openings you do not see a position you are interested in or qualified for at this time, you can submit a resume through the requisition titled “Future Position Opening”.  However, we recommend that you visit our website frequently for a list of current openings.


Can I submit my resume at one of your branch locations?

The preferred method of resume submission is the on-line application process.


Can I still apply for a position if I don’t have a resume?

The first page of the candidate profile page is titled Submit Your Resume.  You may enter the word “none” in the Resume text area if you do not have a resume.  However, if you do not have a resume to upload and parse, you will have to manually enter your personal information on this page.


How can I be sure that my resume has been received?

If you have applied for a position through the website, you will receive a confirmation message that your resume has been successfully submitted.


Will someone contact me regarding the status of my application?

Regrettably, due to the volume of resumes we are not able to contact each applicant with specific feedback.   If after reviewing your qualifications we find that we have a mutually beneficial position available, you will be contacted directly by a member of the Human Resources team.  If you are not selected for further consideration, you will receive an automated response to update you on the status of your application.


What if I am not selected to be considered for the position I applied for?

If you are not selected, your profile and resume will be retained in our database for future consideration.  Please visit our website often for a list of current openings.  You can apply for as many positions as you like; however, you should only apply to a specific position once.
