The preferred method of resume submission is the on-line application process.

The first page of the candidate profile page is titled Submit Your Resume. You may enter the word “none”
in the Resume text area if you do not have a resume. However, if you do not have a resume to upload and parse
as part of your online application, you will have to manually enter your personal information on this page.

If you have applied for a position through the careers section of enterprisebanking.com,
you will receive a confirmation message to the email address associated with your application to let you know that
your resume has been successfully submitted through our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Regrettably, due to the volume of resumes we are not able to contact each applicant with specific feedback.
After submitting an online application, you will receive an email acknowledgement from our ATS to let you know that
we received your application. If after reviewing your qualifications we find that we have a mutually beneficial position
available, you will be contacted by phone or email by a member of the Human Resources team. If you are not selected
for further consideration, you will receive an automated response at the conclusion of selection process to update you
on the status of your application.

If you are not selected for an interview, your profile and resume will be retained in our database for future
consideration. Please visit our website as it is frequently updated with changes in our current openings. You can apply
